The sweetest and sexiest knitwear this season from a new local fav so simple yet so endearing I am drawn to the colour palette and comfort factor. Delightful.

Scarlett Fever
The drama...the energy....the theatre. This fierce shade of sin brings an un-paralleled confidence. An emotional speed with glamour injected in every thread. Explicit and luxurious. The Lanvin coat is ostentatious.
Architectural Desires
Powerful, seductive, ambitious and discreet. The new uber cool power dressing is inspiring a fresh legacy for 'womanly' and a flattering variation on classic. A juxtaposition reflecting masculinity and grace. Appreciate Lanvin, Halston, Gabrielle Colangelo.

Fierce Colour Blocking
A vibrancy of the polar opposites and brightest spectrum is needed to create this colour clash look which has become the new black. A paradox somehow synchronised. Pulsating, alive, completely fashion forward. Charles Anastase, No 21 and Veronique Leroy are show stoppers.
Sweater Dressing
Overly voluminous, exceptionally sophisticated yet comfortably opulent, chunky knits are a faultless addition for those autumn days. Incredibly graceful and effortless. Un-pretenscious and humble dressing at its best. The loveliest are Veronique Leroy, Sonia Rykiel, Cynthia Steffe and A Detacher.

Hourglass Woman
Fabulous Fall Fur
AW 10 favourite fur coats were Lanvin, Bottega Veneta, Sonia Rykiel and Ann D. Simply stunning, ostentatious and show stopping. Ohhh the drama. Not for the faint hearted.

Flawless capsule
AW 10 Fashion week is officially over however with the snaps from the streets of Paris now circulating, it has provided me a renewed enthusiasm to heighten my expectations for my own personal dressing this fall and beyond. Impeccable, gracious, bold, daring, personal... every day style is a not negotiable. Celebrate and love the plethora of individuality. Images selected from The Sartorialist and JacKandJil.

Sculptured architecture
Tough tailored pieces, incredibly Avant-garde yet credibly commercial, Haider Ackermann's ingenious take on wearable couture for AW 10 is nurturing the cult status loved by both art and fashion fans. No doubt the highlight pieces will be an editorial favourite with creative surprises spotted through his use of zips, impressive structural pieces and beyond imaginary collar work. The entire collection was cohesive and daring, sexy and powerful.

Pretty has grown up
During a season where Gothic Glamour and Modern Military has become the staple of runway, it was refreshing to see an injection of eye candy colour into the summer frock creating an ever so grown up prettiness with ultra feminine silhouettes. A perfect juxtaposition, toning the fairytale frock down with brown or canvas belts, chunky accessories as well as non-chalant sock filled pumps will give it the edge for all those modern romantics who refuse the typical fairytale outfit. Choosing which shade of pastel would be torturous. LOVE.

Uncomplicated Luxury
These girls are the next big thing in luxury fashion where their understated and effortless approach to dressing coupled with their choice of luxurious fabrics including lots of leather, fronts up to the world stage, all at their remarkable young age. The Row is unassumingly edgy without trying too hard. Timeless. This fashion label is my new Stella and Chloe who appear to have blurred the lines loosing their differentiation with parallel aesthetics and collections.

Whimsical wonderland
Erdem's frolic with the notion of the perfect frock has made it utterly impossible to select a favourite look as the entire collection was insanely adorable, flawlessly polished yet youthful enough to make every piece a lust after dream. The richness in the almost surreal colour palette and array of prints exuded opulence and elegance however teamed up with the delightful lace up boots, the Erdem lady shows a humble un-conventional attitude to playing dress ups with couture. I heart Erdem.

Rustic beauty
The Vanessa Bruno latest collection exhibited an array of inspiring tailored pieces not without a disheveled twist and pop of colour. There was something perfectly tomboyish about it with the uncomplicated use of layering and overall understated styling which takes my mind away on a day trip to the french countryside.
